OCRP is the reason any of this exists. Years ago GarlicHeadJoe stumbled onto a GTA RP video by Jeff Favignano. That was the first roleplay content he ever watched, it hooked him completely, and it turned watching into wanting to play.
Actually getting in took years. The server was closed to new members for about three of them, so the invite in early 2025 was not a small thing, and it landed near the end of the run. Braxton West spent his OCRP time building businesses, and Chip Donovan started here as an apprentice under JT Whitlock, played by IanGoesCiv, before being promoted to full Weazel News reporter. OCRP shut down in February 2026.
Part of what made OCRP worth watching was the people in it. Jeff Favignano and Bay Area Buggs both played there and turn up in scenes across these videos. Worth a watch if you have not seen their channels.
