Kevin Frank is what happens when the same inheritance lands on somebody with an appetite. He and Max got identical starts, two developer parents and more money than either could spend, and Kevin took his straight into crime.
None of it is need. He is not working his way up and he is not in a hole. He robs, steals, deals and shoots because he likes the work, and being busy is the point. Take the money out of the equation and nothing about him changes.
He dresses like the businessman half of the family, with one detail that gives it away: a blazer worn over a bulletproof vest he makes no effort to hide. Black hair, heavier and harder than his brother, a cat mask for the jobs where being recognized is a problem. Put him and Max in the same frame and the contrast does all the work.
His preference is a low profile, no crew above him and no reason for police to look at him at all. When it goes wrong, though, he does not fold. He runs, he shoots back, and he has fought until he was shot down. Giving up is the last card, never a way out of a bad night.
He sat high up in the 817 Crew and co-owned the gas station and 24/7 the money moved through. That is history now. He is unaffiliated and answers to nobody.
The one soft spot is Max. Kevin looks out for his brother, sorts out vehicles and problems for him, and quietly panics about how friendly Max is with the police. Max has never said anything that compromised him, because Max has no idea what Kevin does. Kevin cannot relax about it anyway.
